The service

Sussex Review Care (Ben [SURNAME], sole trader, Lancing, West Sussex) replies to Google reviews and helps maintain Google Business Profiles, on the plan you choose. Every reply is reviewed by a person before posting.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe: Replies £49, Profile £89, Profile + Enquiries £139 per month. [State whether prices include VAT; e.g. "Not VAT registered".] Founding-client offer: 50% off the first 3 months for the first 3 clients.

No contract, cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time by email. Service continues to the end of the paid month; no further payments are taken. Please remove Manager access after cancelling.

Your responsibilities

• Grant Manager access to your Google Business Profile and keep it in place while subscribed.
• Tell me about anything I shouldn't say (e.g. ongoing disputes).
• You remain responsible for your business and profile content. If you choose not to approve replies in advance, you authorise me to post routine replies on your behalf.

How I work

I'll act with reasonable care and skill. I won't post replies to negative reviews without checking with you first, and I won't share customer personal information in replies. I can't guarantee any change in ratings, rankings or enquiries, and I'm not responsible for Google's policies, outages or decisions.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise my total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. [Review.]
