What I collect

• Details you send via the form or email: name, business name, email, Google listing link, message.
• For clients: billing details (processed by Stripe; I don't see full card numbers), and information in your Google Business Profile needed to do the work, including public reviews and enquiries.

Why, and the lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry and carry out a free check (legitimate interests / steps before a contract).
• To provide the service and take payment (contract).
• To keep records required by law, such as for tax (legal obligation).

Who I share it with

Only service providers needed to run the business: email hosting [PROVIDER], form handling [FORM PROVIDER], payments (Stripe), and writing tools [PROVIDER] used to prepare reply drafts. I don't sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long I keep it

Enquiries: up to 12 months if you don't become a client. Client records: for the length of the service plus 6 years for tax purposes. [Review these periods.]
